The TravelSafe SOS Agent Dashboard is your control hub for managing traveler safety.
From this secure portal, you can register clients, monitor their coverage, and view alerts in real time. Unlike the app your clients download, the dashboard is designed exclusively for travel agents and operators. It gives you full oversight of your travelers while ensuring they are connected to our 24/7 control center. Below is a simple step-by-step guide to get started.
Step 1: Log In
Access to the agent dashboard starts with a secure login. This ensures you, as a travel professional, can manage traveler safety with the right tools. Remember, the app your clients use is different from your dashboard, so you must log in through a browser to access agent functions.
- Use a desktop browser or tablet browser NOT the TravelSafe SOS App – You login details will give you access to the App as a normal traveller, but not the agent section.
- The app login only shows traveler view, not the agent dashboard.
- If you wish to do your own registration process – including login and password generation register your agent account with TravelSafe SOS by visiting travelsafesos.online/agent
- You will need a mobile number to be entered to receive you OPT for verification. This is sent to your email and contact number entered.
- OR – send us a mail and we will register your business and send you your log in details and unique password.
- Once you have your password click Log In
- The next step is to enter your business information as well as a logo.
- Once registration is completed you will be navigated to the agent dashboard.
- If logged out, simply log in by visiting travelsafesos.online/agent and click “Log On Here”.
- Enter your email and password.
Step 2: Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, you will be redirected to your dashboard. This is the control hub where you add travelers, view existing clients, update your company information, and monitor balances. Everything is organized into four clear tabs that help you navigate quickly and efficiently without missing critical details.
Step 3: Add Travelers
Adding travelers is how you connect clients to the TravelSafe SOS system. Once registered, they receive unique codes that allow them to activate the app and link directly to your agency. This step ensures every client is properly covered, visible in your dashboard, and connected to emergency support.
Step 4: Generate Traveler Codes
Traveler codes are essential for activation. You’ll need to provide basic client details, such as their name and email, before generating each code. Optionally, you can name the trip for easy reference. Once confirmed, the system automatically stores the code and emails it to you or your client directly.
